What our athletes have to say:

  • Working with Kiri has been a huge game changer for me! She taught me everything I know about mental performance. Because of Kiri I am now able to perform at my peak performance during competitions, even internationally.

    Norwegian Archery Athletes

  • Kiri helped me break down any roadblocks and self-doubt by showing me the techniques and confidence to show up and play in a league I was genuinely unsure at one point if I could make.

Goalie for the St. Lawrence University and New Zealand National Women’s Ice Hockey Team

  • With Kiri's knowledge, I was able to define the importance of my mental game. Kiri has taught me ways to find my true potential, not just in sports but academically as well. I learned that mental skills apply to anything I do!
